Q. Where will the session take place?

A. At a location of your choice within the Aberdeen City region at no extra cost.

This can also take place outside of the Aberdeen City region, but please request a quote.

Q. Are there any additional fees?

A. There are no compulsory additional fees and you will receive the high-quality, edited digital photos at no extra cost. Additional fees are only for extra time, for booking outside of the Aberdeen region and if you wish to order prints (although you are welcome to print the photos yourself).

Q. When will I receive the photos?

A. You will receive the digital photos within 1 week, with full permission to print the photos through any method of your choice. You may also purchase prints directly, please see below for details.

Q. How many photos will I receive?

A. This will depends on the type of photography and can be discussed prior to booking.

For example, candid photos of a wedding or other event would have a minumum of 30 photos per hour, while a refined portrait session may result in around 8-10 photos per hour, with more time spent on each individual shot.

Q. How do I pay for the session?

A. To secure a booking, you will need to pay 10% of the fee prior to the session. Please note that the slot will only be kept for you after this has been paid. This deposit is refundable up to 1 week before the session (2 week for weddings).

The remainder of the fee is to be paid after the session, before receiving the photos.

Payment is made through your choice of online bank transfer or PayPal.

Q. What if I want printed photos? 

A. All packages come with free digital photos, but if you wish to have printed photos then you have two options:  

Either you may print them yourself through any service of your choice, or may purchase prints directly from me for an additional cost.

Q. What equipment do you use?

A. I utilise the latest professional equipment to deliver a high-quality final product. This includes a triple camera setup for rapid switching between prime lenses, which also provides a safety net in the rare chance that there is a camera failure. 

​

All three cameras are capable of recording 4k video and can all take photos in complete silence, so that your special moments are not ruined by the sound of a camera clicking away in the background. 

​

Flashes will be used where appropriate (e.g. not during a wedding ceremony or live show). You may also request that no flash is used at any point, but be aware that this may impact the image quality.

4 flashes with wireless triggers: Godox AD200pro, 2x Godox V860ii, Godox TT350, Godox X2T-S, Godox X1T-S.

4x softboxes, multiple reflectors, colour correction gels, light-stands, boom-arm, tripod, monopod.

2x Neewer 660 LED continuous lighting with barn doors and softboxes.

Black/white background for headshots (if required).
